Kirklees Trail

The Kirklees Trail is a popular walkway which runs between the villages of Summerseat, Tottington, and Bury.

This mostly paved trail is 10km walkway which runs along a historical railway line which previously connected the town of Bury and the village of Greenmount on the Lancashire boarder.

This trail is well paved and open to the public all year round. I ride up and down this trail most days of the year although I rarely take out my camera.

Over the past few years i’ve taken only a handful of snaps on the trail. Here are a couple of frames taken on 35mm film between 2023 – 2024.
