Khao San Road is South East Asia’s backpacking hot spot. Most travellers landing in Bangkok for the first head here for cheap lodgings and good street food. My initial impression: noisy, chaotic, and dirty streets. And surprisingly colourful taxis which seem to be the only clean things on the streets.
